The courts hours are 5am to 10pm.
Maintain play in your own court.
Retrieve stray balls.
Keep courts clean and dry.
Obey The Villages rules and regulations.

Maximum play time = 90 minutes if people are waiting to play.

What are the hours the play courts are available?

The basketball courts hours are from 5am to 10pm. The tennis courts are available from 5am to 10pm as well.

Parking is prohibited from 12am – 430am. Vehicles are subject to towing at owner expense.

What do I need to know about the Recreation Center at The Villages?

Here is information regarding the Recreation Center at The Villages:

Hours are from 430am – 12am.

Gate access cards are required for entry.

Do not prop gates open.

The property is reserved for use by residents and their guests only.

Maximum number of guests per owner is 6 (except in meeting room).

No smoking allowed in buildings or pool areas.

No pets except for assistance animals.

No alcoholic beverages & glass containers.

No ATV’s, quads or motorized vehicles allowed.

No littering. Dispose of all personal trash and pet waste.

No bicycles ridden beyond the gate. Bike racks are provided for your use with your own lock.

Is there an HOA office on site?

Yes. The office hours are Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm. Friday 9am-3pm.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was a first time home buyer and I am so glad I went with Ray as my realtor I to assist me in finding the perfect house for me. He helped make the whole process so easy. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how much he genuinely cared about finding the right home for me.
Ray recommended good vendors that are reputable such as the lender and home inspector. Ray also provided pros and cons of subdivisions features and location of homes viewed.  Due to his input, I narrowed down my search and saved time.
The builder advised me to complete a home inspection closer to the end of the first year of ownership but Ray recommend that I complete as soon as possible so I can be aware of any repairs needed and have builder correct any issues before I move in versus a year from now.  Plus, he set-up the home inspection and paid for it!!
Ray is reliable and knowledgeable in his field. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend him. If I ever decide to move (which I most likely will not, because I love my house) l will definitely be using Ray as my realtor.

We bought that home with Ray's help, entirely over the Web, and never did see the home until we were ready to move in (after closing). Ray's personal inspection, pictures and insight were invaluable to that purchase. More recently, we purchased another home in Villages at Rancho Eldorado, the same way. Some would suggest that buying homes sight unseen is folly, but with Ray on our side, we couldn't be more pleased. Ray's knowledge of this market, attention to detail and overall expertise was almost beyond belief.
