Desert Cedars in Maricopa AZ is a smaller community with 418 homes and is located on the corner of John Wayne Parkway / 347 Highway & Desert Cedars Drive (south of the tracks).   Directly across from the subdivision of Desert Cedars (W Bowlin Rd) is the Copper Sky Recreation Complex and Sun Life Family Health Center. In regards to amenities, there is no school nor community pool as the main feature of the subdivision is a small park area with a tot lot,  covered seating and plenty of grass for play.
