I was a first time home buyer and I am so glad I went with Ray as my realtor I to assist me in finding the perfect house for me. He helped make the whole process so easy. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how much he genuinely cared about finding the right home for me.
Ray recommended good vendors that are reputable such as the lender and home inspector. Ray also provided pros and cons of subdivisions features and location of homes viewed.  Due to his input, I narrowed down my search and saved time.
The builder advised me to complete a home inspection closer to the end of the first year of ownership but Ray recommend that I complete as soon as possible so I can be aware of any repairs needed and have builder correct any issues before I move in versus a year from now.  Plus, he set-up the home inspection and paid for it!!
Ray is reliable and knowledgeable in his field. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend him. If I ever decide to move (which I most likely will not, because I love my house) l will definitely be using Ray as my realtor.

We first came into contact with Ray when we purchased a home in the Tortosa subdivision several years ago. We bought that home with Ray's help, entirely over the Web, and never did see the home until we were ready to move in (after closing). Ray's personal inspection, pictures and insight were invaluable to that purchase. More recently, we purchased another home in Villages at Rancho Eldorado, the same way. Some would suggest that buying homes sight unseen is folly, but with Ray on our side, we couldn't be more pleased. Ray's knowledge of this market, attention to detail and overall expertise was almost beyond belief. Ray is not a typical realtor.  He was always on my side from day one. He found me a house that I fell in love with and for the right price! I am very hard to please and Ray took his time in finding me the right house, in a beautiful area, within minutes from amenities. Ray was excellent to deal with both for the purchase of our home and again 10 yrs later , as we were Canadian citizens we were able to purchase the home without being in AZ Ray provided us with ample information, photos etc and walked us through everything needed make for a smooth transition,

Ray has helped me with both buying and selling a home. When new to Arizona Ray patiently helped me search and buy my home. When I was ready to sell Ray again provided his expertise while helping me stage my home getting it ready for the market.
With 3 homes on the same street selling at the same time Ray was able to sell the home quickly.
Both seller and buyer were happy with the sale. Everything went smoothly and quick.
Not having local help getting everything ready to move even though Ray was not 100% he volunteered and helped me with all stages.

My husband and I were looking for a home to purchase in Maricopa Az. The first home we looked at was in Province retirement community and Ray Del Real was the seeking agent.  We looked at many homes around Maricopa. We were driving back and forth from California looking to relocate. From start to finish Ray followed through with everything. Made it stress free.  When we found our home in Rancho El Dorado, he went and took videos of the property for us, he made sure the HOA violations from the previous owner were taken care of. He made sure the home warranty was transferred over to our name upon closing. Anything we asked, he was never bothered at all to help.  Ray was the best. If you need a realtor in the near future, we would highly recommend Ray Del Real. We love our home so much and Ray made buying our home as stress free as possible.
