Tour of the Communities South of the Tracks in Maricopa Arizona

Here is a video tour of the communities that are located south of the tracks in Maricopa Arizona. The only community not shown in the video below is Santa Rosa Springs as this community is located further east, off the 238 HWY. The video will show the following communities:

Maricopa Meadows: Located off Honeycutt Ave; once you pass the railroad tracks, make a right on Honeycutt Ave. You will pass Maricopa High School, a catholic church and Maricopa Middle School.

Alterra: This community has two entrances; one off N Alterra Parkway and the other is off W Bowlin Rd which turns into Hogenes Blvd and will take you into the community of Maricopa Meadows.

Desert Cedars: Across from Alterra on the east-side and located on Desert Cedars Dr and bordering Bowlin Rd.

Palo Brea: This community is the furthest community south in Maricopa located off the 347 HWY (John Wayne Parkway & Ferrell Rd) and close to Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel & Casino.

The tour ends near Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino.
