Communities “South of the Tracks” in Maricopa Arizona

There are 5 communities located south of the train tracks in Maricopa Arizona. They are; Santa Rosa Springs (located across Walmart), Maricopa Meadows (south of Maricopa High School), Alterra, Desert Cedars and Palo Brea. Here is a video showing the subdivisions:
