The subdivision of Copper Ridge in Maricopa is a new community and new homes by Meritage are still being constructed. Copper Ridge is located on the corner of Smith Enke and Porter Rd and borders the active adult living community of Province. Copper Ridge does not the high HOA fees compared to Province but it kinda has the same feel and is open to all ages. Residents of Copper Ridge do not have access to Province as Province is a gated and separate community.
Copper Ridge has just over 150 lots, 10 floor plans and features single-entry level homes from 1400 square feet to homes with a 3 car garage and/or an RV garage homes with up to 2500 square feet.
