Santa rosa springs is located directly south of the Maricopa-Casa Grande 238 Highway.  It is directly across the local Walmart and Home Deport.  Santa Rosa Springs is one of the six subdivisions that is located beyond the overpasss.  This community is another area that is not completely developed as there are many vacant lots.  However, new homes are currently being built.  It’s estimated that once at full capacity, Santa Rosa Springs will have nearly 650 homes.  In terms of amenities, it’s not a long list as the community features; a basketball court, a few tot lots and covered seats.
