The Home Inspection Period is a time in which you as a Home Buyer conduct inspections as desired and conduct research as needed to assist you in making an informed decision about the purchase. I will remind you of your obligations and assist you in coordinating with vendors and Sellers to complete your due diligence.

As a Home Buyer, you have an option to request Seller make repairs on the subject property. I will explain this process and provide you with your options.
Coordinate Inspections
Will coordinate with contractors/vendors, Homeowners and /or the Listing Agent in regards to scheduling any inspections.

Ensure Buyer Receives Seller Disclosures
The Seller has obligations to provide you with disclosures. I will ensure you receive disclosures as stated in the contract.
Review & Discuss Any Inspection Concerns
Contractors will provide you with reports and summaries of work completed. Will review reports with you and discuss options.
Guide You Through the "Inspection Period"
After an offer is accepted, the home inspection period begins. As a Home Buyer, you need to complete your due diligence. I will advise you accordingly.
Advise of Seller's Response to Repairs
If you make repair request to a Seller, they will respond accordingly. I will explain their response and advise you on options.
